The Process
Initial intrest
Upon initial contact we will set up a time to talk through your needs via phone call. Once we understand the scope of your project we will move towards scheduling an initial design meeting at our office, shop, or over a zoom call.
Estimate
A few design conversations will allow us to hone in on your particular needs. Next up is the estimating phase of the project. We aim to provide you a detailed estimate within a week of our last talk. This estimate will give you a thorough cost break down for each phase of your build.
Contract
Once we settle on the estimated scope of work we will send over our contract / warranty package. This has all of the information regarding deposit, timeline, schedule, and warranty.
Deposit
To lock you into our queue we require a 50% down payment prior to your start date. This gives us the ability to order all of the necessary material to get your build started. Once we have everything at our shop, we will dive into your build making sure to keep you up to date with progress photos. Each custom build can take anywhere from 10-20wks to complete. This depends entirely on the scope of work. We request another 40% payment at the halfway point. This allows us to order all remaining items needed to complete the build.
Final payment
The final payment of 10% is requested after all final punch list items have been completed and everyone is happy with the finished product.
